5. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All bookings made through AdventureVibe.online are subject to the specific terms of the chosen Provider. Prices displayed are set by the Providers and may include applicable taxes and fees. Adventure Vibe processes payments securely but is not a party to the contract formed between you and the Provider.

Refund and cancellation policies vary by experience and are clearly displayed during the booking process. Adventure Vibe may charge a modest service fee for platform facilitation; this fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event of force majeure, natural disasters, or Provider cancellations, Adventure Vibe will assist with rebooking or refunds where possible, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Users are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but any obligations you incurred prior to termination (including payment obligations) survive.
